[Osmf-talk] Closed portion of the last board meeting

Hi,
Sometimes the Board has a closed portion during the monthly meeting. As
well as explaining in advance why we plan them, we want to publicly report
on them as well. By nature, we can't go into much detail.

During the last meeting, this is what we decided during the closed portion
[1].

We decided to extend Dorothea's contract, which was due to expire soon, and
to examine possible future modifications to her contract with an eye to
retaining Dorothea's valuable services while minimizing overhead costs, in
keeping with the general OSM philosophies of fairness, economy, and cost
containment.
