[Osmf-talk] OSM Foundation Hiring Framework

Hi all,

the OSMF board would like to make progress on the adoption of a hiring
framework, an idea that was previously discussed on this list in May¹.
We have drafted a document which is based on the general ideas we
outlined back then, and incorporates much of the feedback we've received
since:

Unless we identify major roadblocks, we plan to adopt a document like
this during our board meeting at the end of the month.
