Hi all,

ha, it's too late in theory. But I'll chip in. I support this application. I went to SotM Southeast Europe 2019 and found it very well run & very good, much better than I expected. I hoped & encouraged them to host a SotM Europe in 2020 (ha! corona).  I found the Kosovan mappers & community very friendly & active, and they've been active in OSM for many years.
