Actually the OSMF Board urged the LCCWG Moderation Subcommittee to
accelerate implementation of the moderation guidelines to six months. There
is no set date for the rewrite of the etiquette guidelines. Once we have a
draft of new etiquette guidelines, which this request for participation
will aid us in creating, we will be asking for input from the community.

This point has been raised with the OSMF Board. Ultimately the decision is
theirs.

The Board's remit asked the Subcommittee to work on those two mailing
lists.

We welcome everyone to assist in the work. We realize that not everyone has
the time to be a member of the Subcommittee so we wanted to offer different
ways of being involved, from being a reviewer to an active member of the
Subcommittee.
