[Osmf-talk] Board decision on initial composition of the Software Dispute Resolution Panel

I think the problem here is more that Christoph views membership in the panel as something near to an elected public position for which, just as for other similar positions, public scrutiny of the candidates is called for, the board on the other hand views it more as a private internal arbitration panel for which they call all the shots.
