[Osmf-talk] Données open data venant de AND NL: domaine and.com cybersquattable?

Hi, Jorden, I am not a lawyer but don't see an issue here. Acquisition 
(leasing, in effect) of a domain name does not convey ownership of the 
previous holder of that domain name, or of the previous holder's work 
products. At least, not in any jurisdiction with which I'm familiar. If 
it did, we'd all be trying to sneak into ownership of gold mines, 
investment banks, and real estate agencies by buying their expired 
domain names. If "Allan's New Dimestore" were to lease and.com from 
ICANN, that wouldn't give me ownership of the old AND or anything it 
generated (too bad, huh?)

In any event, a whois search reveals that the domain was grabbed by an 
individual via GoDaddy on 23 March, and was re-registered to an 
individual whose identity is masked by DomainsByProxy, an Internet 
privacy firm:
