(replying on the off-chance that this wasn't sarcasm - it's always 
difficult to tell on the internet)

I'd always try and vote for whoever is the best fit for the 
organisation, and personally I suspect that someone who is quite busy 
because their fingers are in quite a lot of other pies, or whose 
collaboration style might not be a good fit for OSM, or seems to have 
their own agenda that they are determined to push,  might not be at the 
top of the list when it comes to voting for the OSMF board.

You can vote for whoever you like though, and your vote counts just as 
much as mine.
