Commit first, discuss later! I'd much rather people feel welcome to
commit to P2 without worrying about whether it's the right thing,
since it is almost always right and easier to discuss the rare
problems afterwards.

If anyone has some time* to write some more developer docs that would
be great. It's been said before that you can develop all the
map_features.xml and potlatch.css stuff without needing to have a
compile environment (just by grabbing a flash binary and running your
own html page) but things like that I think aren't really well
explained.
