I have now committed. I added power=* too. A momentous occasion, this
might be my first ever open-source project commit.*

This is something I can do (I was once a tech writer). If you give me
a bullet point outline, any existing source docs, and the format you
want it in (just an HTML page?), I'll have a stab.
