 Hi,

 the City of Vienna provides a WMTS service with several layers:

 this is the description of the service:
 http://data.wien.gv.at/katalog/wmts.html

 these are the areal images:
 http://www.wien.gv.at/wmts/lb/farbe/google3857/$z/$y/$x.jpeg
 this is the cadastre:
 http://www.wien.gv.at/wmts/fmzk/pastell/google3857/$z/$y/$x.jpeg
 and this is an overlay with street names and house numbers:
 http://www.wien.gv.at/wmts/beschriftung/normal/google3857/$z/$y/$x.png

 It seem's not to work with Potlatch2's tileurl parameter, it doesn't show
 me any of these as a background layer.

 BTW, it would be great to overlay the names onto both other layers.
