 It seems like almost every time I add a shop or amenity area I have to go
 into advanced view and add building=yes.  It would be much better just to
 have a check box or "Building type, if it is one" menu available for shops
 and amenities.

 Example: I add a restaurant node and expand it to a rectangle.  Now there
 is no quick way to make it a building.  Most restaurants where I live have
 their own building.
