[openstreetmap-website] User page redesign a.k.a. activity stream (#54)

One quick point - the review comments I added were based on a quick scan through the diff on github, so there will doubtless be other things once I look at it in more detail.

Please do rebase it anyway, and feel free to use rebase to cleanup your patch series as necessary.
