[openstreetmap-website] User page redesign a.k.a. activity stream (#54)

I don't think I'm any more sure than you whether the static or dynamic model is best...

One thing about the static model is that there are really two different sorts of lists of activity for a user - one is the list of "activity by the user" and the other is the list of "activity the user is interested in"

So the first is what you might display to a third party visiting a user's page, and the second is what you display to the user themselves. Indeed the second might include elements of the first for friends and/or nearby users.

We are definitely going to want to pull in stuff from other sources like OWL, and potentially the thing @emacsen is working on, but I think we can do that in either model, just in different ways.
