[openstreetmap-website] Redesign (#498)

Some thoughts:
* "Results from OpenStreetMap Nominatim" is hard to distinguish from actual results. Suggestion: combine "Search Results // Results from OpenStreetMap Nominatim" to `<h2>Search Results (OpenStreetMap Nominatim)</h2>` (and similar for GeoNames).
* The gray font color of "GPS Traces" … "Sign Up" conveys that those links are disabled
* Search results cannot be closed (as already mentioned)
