[openstreetmap-website] Allow using edit button without logging in, for users with remote control as default (#775)

Well if you're logged off then it doesn't know what your personal default is, so it will default to the default-default, which is iD, and that requires a login.

What I fixed in #754 is that if you explicitly select remote from the drop down menu then it won't ask you to login.
