[openstreetmap-website] Easier multiple GPS track importing (#377)

The [documentatio](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Upload_GPS_tracks#Uploading_Compressed_files)n says that uploading traces in a zip file merges them on the server. That is not what i want.
The easiest way from the user perspective would be to use the multiple keyword in the [HTML input file element](http://caniuse.com/#feat=input-file-multiple). The html code change would be trivial, but i have no idea how to enable the rails part. But this should (*cough*) be not too hard. The tags and description should be the same for all uploaded files.
