[openstreetmap-website] terminology: changeset discussion vs. changeset comment (#1144)

In the DE translation we call the individual elements "Diskussionsbeitrag" which translates into "discussion contribution". Maybe with "contribution" we can circumvent the term "comment". I'll keep thinking over night how that would sound.
