### Problem
This was already mentioned by me https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/4018#issuecomment-1594707209 but i think its better to have seperate issues for separate problems.
We have a user in austria that found out he can delete his user and he has done so. Currently we are at somewhat 30-70 Accounts i think. The problem with the self-deleted users is - its not possible to look at the edit-history of them.
### Description
One solution could be (i have seen other communities doing this): change the username to a random string like `deleted_234234` and remove the profile-content. This way the profile itself remains clickable and the history and comments can be found and traced but the user-data itself is gone.
This would allow to still be able to follow what one user did before they deleted themself.
