Person A gets a cycle layer and thinks: Oh, there is quite many cycling data in OSM. No data for cars?
Person B gets carto and thinks: Oh, there is quite many data in OSM.
Person C gets a transport layer and thinks: Oh, there is quite many bus/train data in OSM. No focus on the other stuff?
