I think they will have the option to accept afterwards, but there will 
be no mechanism that brings back their data. I.e. if they want to accept 
afterwards, they can load their data from an old history file or so and 
re-upload if they wish but there will not be an automatism.

I would be technically possible to bring back old data but I think it 
will be a lot of work for little gain.
