[Tagging] landuse=residential and named residential areas which belong together (neighbourhoods/subdivisions?)

+1 for using one tag for the whole forested area.
Maybe something along the scheme of natural=wetland, wetland= {more detailed
desc.} Maybe natural=woodland?
