[Tagging] RFC: crossing=*

I also tag those as crossings, they are clearly crossings for pedestrians,
the footway crosses the street. It might become more disputable if there
are only road markings but no vertical sign, as the latter are obligatory
in many countries in order to make it a true zebra crossing, but I'm
inclined to make them count as well, because it will be like the preferred
spot for pedestrians to cross. Please note that it might be even forbidden
to cross the street on other spots if you are within a certain range of a
marked crossing.
