[Tagging] RFC: crossing=*

My understanding is that André talks about foot-ways that are marked by
zebra stripes to augment their visibility. They are not (necessarily)
crossing any other way. They are ways and therefore in my understanding no
crossings at all, they are foot-ways marked by zebra stripes, often not
physically separated from other traffic. I have encountered them in Italy
too, but do not remember right away where.
