[Tagging] Bitcoin ATM (amenity=atm | currency:XBT=yes)

Maybe we should move towards a scheme more specific about accepted
currencies :

currency:in:USD=yes
currency:out:BTC=yes

For a one-way Bitcoin ATM dispensing BTC in exchange of USD, for example.
