[Tagging] man_made=pipeline - is onewayness implied?

Also, It does say here:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/PipelineExtension#Pipelines
"direction: the medium inside a pipeline usually flows in one direction only. make sure the direction of the man_made=pipeline way matches the direction of the flow of the medium."
So my reading of that was that pipelines imply oneway=yes.
