[Tagging] Rendering change: buildings within highway areas

Can you help me understand what exactly should be tagged as a multipolygon?
I'm feeling rather dense this afternoon. Is there an example of how tunnels
under/through buildings should be mapped. We have a major highway going
under/through two buildings in Seattle. Numerous more when you add in
service roads.

Also, it would be nice to stop rendering addresses.
