[Tagging] Mapping peninsulas

Hi,

I made a proposal for mapping peninsulas:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Peninsula

This is in a way continuing the discussion about mapping big geographical
features, and I hope this could be one way to map them.
