[Tagging] route=foot

Is route=foot really the tag we want to use for walking routes and city
tours ?

Seems to be a German invention [1] but is mention on the route=hiking
wiki page [2].

How about route=walking or route=city_walk ?

foot seems to be a super value including route=hiking and I am not sure
if we make us a favour to define it as special case and not as super
category for all walking, hiking or city_walk routes.
