Form or function?
A private building is mapped as a landmark.
A toilet is currently defined as an amenity (e.g. something one can use).
They're different in a very important way.

Or put another way: it may be a landmark outhouse, or a functional
outhouse, or both.  But please don't send
me there to make a deposit, if you know I'll get shot doing it.
