[Tagging] Big amenity=fountain

+1 to Martin

Really super large fountains (like the one in front of the Bellagiao(?) in LasVegas is giant, and mapping the nozzles is possible - but a nozzle is not an amenity. But the fountain itself is a fountain (and landmark), which places it in amenity. 

Perhaps a fountain sub-key 

Fountain=*

For the nozzles, lights, water fill, water return, shut-off/control box, and filter set is a good idea (even if most of those are unrendered), for fountain people to map the entire system.
