I agree that they mean all the same thing, with some exception,
 > weight_sensor=yes (1)
might actually be a monitoring device rather measuring the truck
load, and
 > man_made=weighing_scale (4)
does not make clear if it weighs trucks or loose potatoes.

The wiki is weird in listing spelling variations as "see also",
in particular as these are redlinks. This should read "do not
use those other variations".

These truck scales should be well visible in air images, thus
verifying them and unifying the tagging should be easy. Thus
only for the ambiguous cases the mappers could be asked.
