[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - amenity=power_supply

A couple of questions re details.

You have:


   - capacity <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:capacity>=* - How
   many sockets are available?


The most common arrangement I've seen in powered camping grounds / caravan
parks, is a single post with 4 power points & 4 taps, similar to this
http://www.kmacpowerheads.com/kp-series.html, located in the common corner
of 4 sites, with each site using 1 power point & 1 tap. For capacity=,
would it be 4 because there are 4 in the common post, or 1, as it's
intended that each site only uses 1 each?


   - fee <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:fee>=* - Does a fee have
   to be paid?


You (usually?) have to pay a higher fee to use a powered site over a
non-powered site (even if you don't actually use any power). With fee= are
you referring to those higher rates, or a once-off fee to use the power eg
$5 / hour of charging, or even by the amount of power used?
