Yes, there is, & Joseph's suggestion of holding_position=runway is much
better than mine.

You can then also have any others: holding_position=intermediate / ILS /
anything else!

People could (& will) continue to just use aeroway=holding_position, but
the enthusiasts will add the extra detail.

&, one day when you're feeling bored, there's 7300 tags you can go in to,
examine & update! :-)

I'm not sure whether you still need an RFC on changing the existing tag to
map it as a way instead of a node, & also use the extra sub-tags, though?
Somebody is sure to come in with the answer shortly though!
