this would require a lot of measurements, while a few classes of heights could generally be determined by looking at it. It also might require splitting the kerbs when there a variations of just a few centimeters. While tagging actual heights explicitly is fine, it is not a general alternative to tagging lowered kerb / higher than normally expected kerb.
