apart from the term (interval etc.), I think if we already go the way and define a range syntax, it should also be capable to store the interval, rather than using a separate tag for it.
e.g. {10..20..1} every number from 10 to 20, 
{10..20..2} only every second number.

no need to state odd or even, as this is implicit. {11..15} even does not make sense.
