[Tagging] Veterinary pharmacy

I think we need different tags for pharmacies for humans and pharmacies
that are exclusively veterinary, for a very simple reason, that is to avoid
having the ambiguity when a place is tagged only as pharmacy without
veterinary yes/no (or equivalent)
