Just like we shouldn't have places that sell pizza, or hamburgers, or
fried rice under the same tag, right?

Oh, wait...

IMHO there's enough confusion already between amenity=cafe,
amenity=restaurant, amenity=bar and amenity=fast_food. (Olive Garden has
a bar; is it amenity=bar? Panera is both fast and somewhat but not
entirely cafe-like, is it amenity=fast_food or amenity=cafe or
amenity=restaurant?)

We don't need to make things *worse*; that's why we have cuisine=*.
