lifeguard_hours=* maybe? (Differentiating between when the beach is open
versus when there's a lifeguard present.)

That said, the whole opening_hours syntax still needs improvements.
You'd think opening_hours=summer would be useful but a lot of places
(i.e. most of Texas) considers summer to be longer than just, say, six
weeks on either side of the summer solstice. Often "summer" stretches
from early May (or even the tail end of April) to early October.

The lack of validation in editors like iD doesn't help either, as people
have the idea it's a freeform string where they can just put anything.
On one hand lifeguard_hours=* is another place to check syntax; on the
other, it's possibly necessary to avoid some conflicts.
