[Tagging] How to tag recreational route with multiple route types?

A cyling or hiking route has to be precise, as many navigation devices use
them to define the course of the hiker or rider takes. If the course
deviates from the signposted one, the hiker or rider will start to have
doubts. Route errors in OSM can have grave consequnces for the end user.
