[Tagging] type=* tags on trees

Thank you all for the support and suggestions so far.

Retagging the type=pine as leaf_type rather than genus:en sounds good to
me. If the tree really is a pine, it can always be tagged more explicitly
with genus and species tags later on. I can also add a note=* tag to
describe the tag change.

@Mike

1) Of course. Not everyone can be online at the same time, after all.
The list I made is just a list of examples. There are a lot more
different type=* tags on trees that are all similarly simple to retag. You
can see the full list for yourself in JOSM if you download the data with
Overpass Turbo (or with other tools if you prefer a different method). My
plan is mainly to match the type=* tags with established tagging schemes
for trees.

2) I plan to use this mailing list discussion as my documentation and refer
to it in the changeset comment. I could provide a link to this discussion
on an existing Wiki page such as natural=tree or genus=* if more people
think that this is helpful.

@Raphael

There are also leaf_type=palm and taxon:family=Arecaceae in use, among
various other tags. This issue is a little more complex than it looks at
first glance. Like I said previously, I prefer to exclude tags for palm
trees from this topic.
