Main problem is that having several tagging schemes for the same thing
(map on roadway, map as area covering roads etc) makes mapping and processing
data way more complex.

So having extra tagging schema may make easier to map in a single location
but be not an improvement overall given confused mappers, making harder to se
OSM data and so on.
