Thanks! So it's like street decoration using naturally growing elements.
Most patches of greenery I encounter do not qualify as groomed or
cultivated though. Most are just space filling, discouraging
walking through, let nature take it's course as long as it's within the
parcel limits, enclosed green patches between loops of a cloverleaf
motorway junction.
