[Tagging] Is landuse=winter_sports a ‘de facto’ tag for ski areas?

Such documentation requires improvements.
We definitely can have landuse=forest in landuse=military
and landuse=flowerbed in landuse=residential
If you hate landuse=flowerbed you can try inventing tag
for alternative tagging and convince mappers and preset
authors to switch to it.
It may be quite hard, but if you care about purity of landuse key
it is far better than waiting till it will become as entrenched as
landuse=forest is.

In case of a fence splitting flowerbed could make sense.
But I have seen case of a really long flowerbed forming one object - and going
along road, not interrupted from clearly residential area to clearly
retail area.
Splitting flowerbed forming one floral arrangement just because surrounding
land use changes would be silly.
