the solution is in the problem description :)
don't try to solve many (unrelated) things at once.

I believe it is a mistake to consider RFC as a stage "to add as much as
possible" : a proposal so long and with so many comments shows that it's
not clear, can we hope that each contributor reads 2 pages
per tag ? imho no.

In the meantime, I have documented the tag landuse=forestry.
