[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - Couloir 2

Hi Bert,

I don't know why you take it personally, I just state a rule of thumb to
avoid :
- losing others time and energy
- behaving as gatekeeper
- undermine proposal process.

Anyhow : any tag you like :)
