[Tagging] RFC: remove alphanumeric code visible in infoboxes at OSM Wiki linking to Wikidata

We could have a bot synchronising wikidata from the osm wiki. We would
create a wikidata item for every documented tag from the osm wiki (
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1282 ), and all the wikidata
semantics could depart from these objects, in wikidata. The bot would only
synchronize the labels/descriptions from the changes of the various OSM
wiki translations;-)
