[Tagging] The use of highway=busway at bus stations

But a bus station is part of a road network. It is actually an essential part because it allows people to change from busroutes or to change to other forms of transport like tram/train/ferry. Take the locations below as an example. I don't see why this cannot be tagged with highway=busway + service=(transport_station?). VIa a service tag, you can say that it is different part of a highway=busway but that it is still part of the network.

Or this one. Here it is also an important part of the bus network. Why say, this is just a service road?

I object to the idea of using highway=busway inside bus stations. I believe
highway=busway should be used for roads which belongs to the road network to
be taken into consideration when designing bus routes, but designated as PSV
(possibly +bicycle)-only. The roads inside bus stations are not part of the
road network, like highway=service.

For example, Coach House Place ( https://emea01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.openstreetmap.org%2Fway%2F153245446&data=04%7C01%7C%7Ce81de7fc10434007a8c008d94ec973f6%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C637627449471957956%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=65CLsF4VrVHZQMhC9H9N0s8H4H6oLSx%2F8WkmX3HOTZQ%3D&reserved=0 )
is a good candidate to be retagged as highway=busway , as it belongs to the
road network for PSV as a route between the train station and the northern
suburbs.
