[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Key:harvesting

Harvesting and foraging have somewhat different connotations in my mind.
Foraging sounds like picking a few apples from the apple tree, while
harvesting sounds like more of a commercial agriculture type activity,
i.e., harvest all the apples from this entire orchard.
