[Tagging] Problems with amenity=charging_station

I agree that the <vehicle>=yes|no is not correct, as this is about legal
access, not about compatibility, but that is in the present wiki pages.

I am learning as I go on about this, and it seems that also for pedelecs
there are manufacturer-specific sockets in addition to the "universal" (?)
230V Schuko sockets (in Europe). The difference is that the Schuko
connection requires the cyclist to carry his charger with him, whereas a
maker-specific socket, like Shimano or Bosch, may connect directly to the
battery on the e-bike.

Then there are different lock systems on the charging stations that allow
you to leave the ebike and go shopping, for example. These systems may be
mechanical or electronic (via app).

Then there is a wider aspect to this: routing and navigation for e-cycle
tourists. Thai presents very similar problems to e-car navigation systems,
where the routing instructions take into account the available recharging
occasions ahead, including the availability of charging slots (both
physical slot and time slot).
