[Tagging] Contradictory references to landuse=industrial and power=plant in the wiki

I changed text on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dindustrial

to

"Industrial sites involved in power generation may be additionally tagged 
(on the same or separate object) with power=* tags like power=plant."
